Terms Of Service

By signing up to EZ9x5 you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. EZ9x5 reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that your Alertpay account that you will use to sign up with EZ9x5 is owned by you. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

We have no torrents of SPAM as a method of promoting your EZ9x5 referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join EZ9x5 in the future.

EZ9x5 is a subscription based program. The membership fee is $10 per month, payable via Alertpay.

The income quoted on the EZ9x5 website is only a projection, not a guarantee of income.

Members may personally refer as many people as they like; however, anyone they have referred after the 9th referral will be placed under one of their first 9 referrals. This almost guarantees a growing network for all members

Members accept sole responsibility for any and all appropriate taxes as charged within the country where they reside and thereby indemnify EZ9x5 and its owner of such liability.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. You are allowed multiple accounts. Each account must have a different username and email address. You can use the same Alertpay email address for payments and payout requests for each account.

If you want to use our E-books, software and promotional banners for your website, please feel free to do so.

Your Enterprise membership in EZ Traffic Pro will revert to free once you terminate your EZ9x5 membership unless you have a paid subscription to EZ Traffic Pro, which is $9.95 per month.

Your Pro membership in EZ Traffic Ad Exchange will revert to free once you terminate your EZ9x5 membership unless you have a paid subscription to EZ Traffic Ad Exchange, which is $2.00 per month.

All personal information is stored in the EZ9x5 database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give EZ9x5 permission to send you newsletters regarding our programs, receive solo ads and receive email from your upline and the site admin. You can send your downline 1 email per day. Please wait 24 hours between sending them. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your account. Do not abuse it. More than 1 reported email to your downline within a 24 hour period will be classified as spam.

If you do not agree with the above terms here, or the terms quoted in EZ Traffic Pro, please do not join EZ9x5.

REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your membership within 7 days of joining EZ9x5, you will receive a full refund. If you decide to terminate your membership after 7 days, your monthly membership fee will not be refunded. It is strongly suggested that you redeem any cash accumulated in your account prior to canceling your account or risk losing it. If we must discontinue our service for reasons beyond our control, (such as natural or man-made catastrophes, web hosting service shuts down, sudden death or debilitating illness of site owner), you will not receive a refund of your monthly membership fees. If a member violates the above terms, their membership will be terminated and their monthly membership fee will not be refunded.
